Victoria Kuzhba graduated in Economics and Management in her home city of St. Petersburg. She moved to Italy in 2004 and started working with jewellery.
Her studies at the Ghirardi School of Goldsmiths in Turin, the Italian Gemmological Institute in Milan, and the Gemological Institute of America, enabled her to acquire skills in gemology and in the valuation and appraisal of precious metals. Since 2015, she has been the owner of Labor Gem, a company that deals with appraisals in various fields, from precious goods to works of art.
She loves extreme sports, from skiing to mountaineering to tango.

Marco Barello, son of art, is a graduate Gemmologist at the International Gemmological Institute of Antwerp (IGI).
He has his own workshop but also collaborates with other entities, drawing on his many years of experience in the family business.
He is a master of martial arts.

Alessandro Averla has been involved in jewellery since 1986, the year he started working in the family business, opening his own workshop in 1997.
He is an appraiser at the Savona Court and is enrolled in the Lombardy College of Appraisers.
Favoured by his geographical position, he enjoys sailing.

Carlo Vanetti grew up in the jewellery industry with fifty years of ownership, is an appraiser at the Milan Chamber of Commerce and a GIA Graduate Gemologist.
He plays volleyball at an amateur level.

Remo Mondia entered the world of goldsmithing in 1977. After many years of experience, he opened his own business in 1987 where he makes jewellery using only highly selected natural stones from his gemmology laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation.
He is passionate about dynamic aeromodelling.

Christian D'Emilio graduated as a gemmologist in Valenza, and has been working in his shop since 1994, offering advice on jewellery as well as creating and selling handmade jewellery.
A music enthusiast, he is bass player in a Funk Rock Band.

Luisanna Guerra grew up in the family jewellery shop, amidst the glitter of diamonds and the timeless charm of jewellery.
Hence the love and passion for jewellery that led her to become a gemmologist in 1993. Since 2011, she has been practising as a freelancer and is an important point of reference in the area, for private individuals and those working in the goldsmith or legal sectors.
As a keen trekker, she knows all the nooks and crannies of her beautiful island.

Maurizio Mandile has more than thirty years of experience as an appraiser and expert in the valuation of jewellery and precious stones, having worked at Credit Institutions, Auction Houses and also with his own workshop.
He is a federal Softair referee.

Salvo Salini began his career in the trade of diamonds and precious gems, later devoting himself entirely to the family business, the Salini Jewellery, of which he is the owner.
He is an IGI (Italian Gemmological Institute) gemmologist, an expert in diamonds at the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and a member of the Collegio Italiano Gemmologi.
Over the years, he has held lectures and university courses on gemmology-related topics and has participated as co-rapporteur in the drafting of several degree theses in the field of mineralogy. He is a Court-appointed Technical Consultant and enrolled in the Register of Precious Stone Experts of the Catania Chamber of Commerce.
He has so many interests that his main activity can be considered a hobby.
