of architectural form, built as a temple with a scaled roof surmounted by a group depicting the Agnus Dei, arched door decorated with a Eucharistic symbol between fluted column pilasters with flame ends, plinth base carved with rosette motifs centered by an eye for a cartouche inscribed with sacred text, some defects and omissions
