Impronta al colofon: "Impressa vero in felici Venetorum ciuitate sumptibus et arte Hieronymi de Paganinis Brixiensis. Anno gratie millesimo quadrigentesimo nonagesimoseptimo. Septimus Idus Septembris." Segnatura: chi2-10, a-z8, aa-v8, yy-z8, con-rum8, A-F8, 1-5 8. The woodcut of Saint Peter on the first leaf and leaves g1, g8, ii1, ii8, ll1, ll8, mm1, pp1 are missing.
Full parchment binding with a calligraphic title on a cartouche on the spine, some repairs, particularly on the spine and back cover, loose hinge. Text in two columns in elegant Gothic script, with spaces for initials and guide letters in the margins. Some leaves are detached, rare stains, small woodworm holes, tears, and rare repairs.
